These terms explain how customers, vendors, and administrators should use the Newari Dress marketplace.
Orders and fulfillment
Orders are sent to the relevant vendor for review and fulfillment. Newari Dress is only a marketplace for advertising and displaying shop products, so payment, delivery cost, and final order details are handled directly between the customer and the store. Order status updates are managed by the vendor or administrator based on the current workflow.
Vendor accounts
Vendor accounts may be reviewed, approved, disabled, or limited by the administrator. Vendors are responsible for keeping their shop and product information accurate.
Product content
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product titles, descriptions, pricing, stock, and image links. We may remove content that violates our policies.
Payments
Payment processing is not currently handled by Newari Dress. Customers should contact the store directly for payment instructions, delivery cost, and order confirmation unless a payment provider is added later.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
