Orders and fulfillment
Orders are sent to the relevant vendor for review and fulfillment. Newari Dress is only a marketplace for advertising and displaying shop products, so payment, delivery cost, and final order details are handled directly between the customer and the store. The seller or vendor is responsible for contacting the customer after an order is placed.
Vendor accounts
Vendor accounts may be reviewed, approved, disabled, or limited by the administrator. Vendors are responsible for keeping their shop and product information accurate.
Product content
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product titles, descriptions, pricing, stock, and image links. We may remove content that violates our policies.
Payments
Payment processing is not handled by Newari Dress. Customers should contact the store directly for payment instructions, delivery cost, and order confirmation. Customers should do their own due diligence before making any payment.
Risk and responsibility
Newari Dress is not responsible for damaged products, fraud, scams, disputes, or other issues between customers and sellers. Any transaction is made directly with the vendor at the customer’s own risk.
